Q/. i am getting the following error message in YVS4.5:

Cannot read record 1

What does this mean?

This error means that the site is not reading the database.

To check if you have uploaded the database and have referenced it correctly type in the following:
www.yoursite.com/shopdbest.asp

Change "yoursite" to your domain name.

This page will test to see if you can read the database and also whether you have the correct permissions set for the database folder.
