Q/. I bought the YourVirtualStore Retail Pac but it does not run on my server. Can I get a refund?

A/. The YourVirtualStore comes as a download so unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds.

We provide full support for our product and it has run successfully on many many machines.

Please be sure before you purchase the Pac as once you go through the order process and insert your credit card details the Pac is yours.

As long as your server supports ASP, Access 97, 2000 or 2002 then the YourVirtualStore will run.

We do not support Unix.

If you are unsure as to whether the Pac will operate in your environment please download a copy of the demo to test.

We will gladly assist in getting your site to run smoothly.

In certain circumstances we may offer a refund but there will be an administrative charge applied and in instances where support has been requested the support time will be also deducted.
